I wanted to take the time to show you how you can treat excessive sweating. There are millions of Americans that suffer from this problem, but when you actually look at the number out of the total population, it isn't very much. The fact that only a small minority of people suffer from this problem and the fact that there are more serious problems to address, the medical community doesn't have much in the way of solutions. Most of them seem to be over the top and as expensive as possible, without really addressing the reason people have this problem in the first place. I'm going to investigate how you can treat excessive sweating.
One of the newer methods is botox. This method is injecting the toxin under your skin to kill off the sweat glands. I don't view this as a viable solution. Sweating is an important part of being healthy. I think the proper solution isn't to kill sweat glands, but to make them perform in a more normal manner.
Another method is the iontophoresis. This is a method of driving electrical current through the sweat gland to damage it. The damage forces the gland to close up for around a week to repair itself. This method will require you to be treated every single week, which will cost a lot of money.
My last solution to treat excessive sweating is a natural one that seems to address the problem; your diet. The food you eat can actually cause your body to get hot. This heat leads to sweat. By effectively eliminating these foods, I was able to stop my sweating problems.
